FORMED is a great resource for Catholic teaching, reading, videos and other information that will both inform and entertain you and your family.  It is a free resource provided to you by your Parish.

In order to use FORMED you must first create a personal and secure account on the FORMED website.

Follow the steps below.  It's quick and easy and you only do this once.

Click on the FORMED logo above to go to the website.  Once on the website go to the ENTER CODE box and enter code 27TKPJ (all caps). Next, fill in all the your account information and click CREATE ACCOUNT.  

Remember to write down your password.

Now, any time you want to use FORMED simply go to FORMED.ORG and click on LOGIN.
